It has been a crazy month for us at TechBytes, we signed the lease to the new unit in Duke St, over a week ago, since then the unit has been fitted out, and we are currently putting the finishing touch’s on it, and will be ready as soon as the phone lines are ready, sign goes up and stock begins to arrive. I will continue to add more information when I can.

We get a lot of people asking how long things take once they have been booked in with us for repair.. Well this is the trickiest question of them all as it all boils down to several factors – such as;
- How many jobs are ahead of yours in the queue system we operate (no Q skippers please :p )
- How long it will take us to get the jobs ahead of yours finished
- How busy the front shop gets
- And depending on your problem – how long it takes us to diagnose the problem and get it sorted
For our software repairs we usually have a turn around time of around of est 1-2 working days and in worse case 3-5 working days if we are really busy – but we will tell you straight when it comes down to it.
Hardware repairs is always a 3-5 working day turn around – but in some cases its much quicker like same day and next day. But like i said it all comes down to how busy we are when the jobs being booked in.
