We prefer you to bring the laptop and old charger into us if possible to ensure that you are getting the correct charger, as it is quite difficult to tell what charger is going to fit by description over the phone but give us a try as we are always happy to try help and save you the journey. This saves you having to come back and return or swap anything over.
